When do items restock?
We always make sure that the stock is updated and that we have the items in stock which we are trying to sell on are website.
Item Returns?
We generally offer store credit or a replacement item, unless the item is damaged.
We do offer returns and exchanges if you do have something which you want to exchange or refund, then please pop are customer service team an email so that they can process this for you. I must add that we don't offer free returns so you will have to pay for a signed for return to our return location, we will happily take returns within 14 days of your order so don't hesitate to get in contact. Unless the item is damaged we generally offer a voucher to spend on the SMALLO store.
How do I return Items?
Pop are customer service team an email and they will give you the returns information.
Make sure the order number is displayed on front of the parcel.
To return you will have to pay for a signed for return to us for your item.
We are very sorry but we don't take responsibility for return cost.
You will receive a store voucher for any return you make.
Delivery?
Standard delivery via Royal Mail can take up to 14 working days, allowing a few days dispatch.
What happens if I receive the wrong items?
If you end up getting the wrong items don't worry we will cover the cost of returning your wrong item, we will get the right item sent out straight away.
Sizing options?
If you don't see any sizing items or if there is only a few to select then this probably means we don't currently have the item that you are looking for in stock.
